HOW IT WORKS

1. Setup and positioning: Place your legs into the recovery boots and rest comfortably.

2. Session length and pressure selection: Choose 30 or 60 minutes, then we select the pressure level based on your training load and symptoms on the day, adjusting as needed to keep the treatment comfortable and effective.

3. Controlled compression sequence: The boots inflate and deflate in a controlled sequence through multiple compression zones, moving from the feet toward the thighs.

4. Standalone or paired with physiotherapy: Book it as a standalone recovery session, or add it before or after physio.
