PHYSIOTHERAPY

Your clear pathway back to training

Not sure where to start?
Book an assessment and we will guide the plan

A clear plan from day one

1

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT

We take the time to understand your symptoms, your training, and what is driving the issue, then perform a thorough physical assessment.

2

DIAGNOSIS & ROADMAP

During the session, we map everything on the whiteboard so you leave with clarity, not questions.

We map out:

  • Assessment summary (diagnosis + key findings)

  • Key drivers (what is contributing)

  • Your roadmap (what we’re focusing on right now)

  • Goals & next steps (what to do this week & what comes next)

3

TARGETED TREATMENT

We use hands-on treatment to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you move with confidence.

4

YOUR REHAB PLAN

You’ll receive a tailored exercise program to follow between sessions, delivered digitally via MoveHealth (VALD) with video guidance and clear progressions.

5

MILESTONE PROGRESSIONS

We progress your training and rehab using clear milestones, guided by our Roadmap system. You’ll always know what we’re focusing on now, what comes next, and the goal we’re working toward.

OUR BESPOKE PROCESS

PERFORMANCE TESTING

forcerack_cover_2.jpg

In the Futureproof stage of our Roadmap, we make sure you’re not just better, but resilient. We often recommend performance testing at this point to give you objective numbers that guide rebuilding capacity and reducing the risk of setbacks.

Using our VALD technology suite, we can measure key performance markers and track change over time. It converts “feeling better” into measurable targets for training and long-term durability.
